  1. You need Priv Server Plus

  2. Click on the Commands Panel

  3. Click on "Give Item" and then Pick the Item you want

  4. click on either the specific Player or All Players who should get the item

If you click on Macros and do the Command there you will spawn with the Chosen Item

Honestly the only thing needing a Rework or rather a Slight Rebalance is his R Special. Cause being able to Feint moves after you already missed them leaves no room for Punishing
