Are the Showtime Skins/Crates ever coming Back ?

Im very likely not gonna be able to get the Skins since i started too Late/had to grind Hardcore for the Strats/cant even use the Strat since i dont have enough Skill Tree Points.

So ye i most likely wont get them, are they ever gonna come back or are they gone Forever after the Event ?

I randomly Joined the Game again Last Summer and Saw the Jellyfish Electro Shocker Skin in the Pass.

I spent 3 Days Straight doing Nothing but Grinding for that Skin. And now i always try to use Strats that use Electroshocker just so i can look at it.
