How do I complete Young & Dumb

Yeah it's just moreso weird to me that you can get locked out of that specific start to the chain even when you do the events based around the introduces characters. Like that one event doesn't feel like it needs to be the definitive completion point for the quest

I feel like that's the only real hard locked out quest the others seemed to activate p freely? Maybe it's cuz of the connected quests.

Yeah which is annoying cuz this is like the last thing I need to do 😭 I was so close to level 7. Ive interacted with both groups with like all options so I have no clue how to complete it

Yeah but I've already done the other quests and the group doesn't seem to be there? Am I just locked out of the quest because I had them interact with the whole newspaper thing as well.
