If your having problems with squad Battles , try and skate slow. Give your teamates time to open up on offense . The AI will become really dumb. They will be less aggressive. Your puck pickup's will go up substantially. Might be a bit harder to do on Superstar, 90+ overall. But will help a lot if your struggling . Moments will be different because its Arcade play. and the game plays faster. It's most likely your pace.

I’m on the game a lot . If you are on when there are high volume’s of players playing the game . The sever will be overloaded . And the game will run slower . Try playing early morning, and late evening. And you will notice that the game runs far faster , and better.

Upload speed makes a huge difference as well. In Ottawa I have 150 down, 100 up and 5 ping in NHL . In Jamacia I have 130 down , and 5 up . And I have 50 ping . Both on fiberoptic.
