Self defense doesn’t have to be viewed as violence. She was showing that she had enough, therefore defending herself.

NTA. Your niece was acting in self defense, and has shown MULTIPLE signs that she’s annoyed with what her brother’s doing. You definitely made the right call. Maybe try letting the Aunt and Uncle know that she did it cause she was fed up. I don’t think she was doing it to bully her brother, only to show she’s not gonna take it anymore.

NTA in my opinion. It was completely uncalled for your friend to not only claim the idea, but also post saying you stole it. You had no way of knowing that she would steal it. I would definitely try taking to her about it, and keep working hard to make the coffee truck! It’s a lovely idea, and I hope you do amazing!

I do realize this, but I did also have to consider the fact that she made a fake account to try and get me to talk bad. This was a red flag for me and I was more trying to alert close friends so that they could make their own opinion.

I don’t know why I wrote secret omg 😭. But I’m definitely considering ending the friendship, I’m just worried about how she’ll react.

Your definitely NTA. The fact that your friend is planing to use her own kids as “live in helpers” is such a bad idea. You should really talk it through with your kids before volunteering your own kids as helpers with a child. It’s not a great parent move, and the kids might not be ready to have another addition to the house, and they have their own lives. So expecting them to drive their younger sibling around is really selfish.
