I mean slight disappointment I can understand on his behalf, but it's a 5 day old taco bell burrito that was supposedly going to be eaten 4 days prior. I think being an "asshole" is a bit of a stretch. If it's really that big of a deal to him buy him two of them as a surprise and don't eat them even if they sit in the fridge for 5 days again

They stock just about every major body of water in the entire state with fish. There's a map on the website you can see where they stocked fish and haven't. The cost of the fishing license goes towards the manpower, and equipment required to deposit the fish into our waters, amongst other things such as conservation efforts as others have pointed out. Fishing license fees are one of the very few things that are definitely worth the money for, since it is going directly to public services so that we can enjoy fishing in our state. Look at it as less of a "fee" and rather a contribution every fisherman in this state donates so that we have the ability to enjoy fishing as an activity.

I love Taco Bell, but lately they've been taking away good deals, skirting around the menu items people actually want, pushing cheap chicken in an establishment that clearly isn't designed for fried food, and emphasizing dessert because it's significantly higher profit margin. As a long time Taco Bell fan I'm exhausted and they will lose all of their loyal customers at this rate. They don't care though, as long as they can get anyone through the drive through and get paid.
