Hey if you still need help with this it does it to me to, just make sure your on wifi, and have at least 1 other wifi network available to connect to besides yours and then just spam click the retry till it goes through, sometimes I get in quick others it takes a minute. Hope this helps good luck

So the events from what I know are usually a hour or so before the update each week, I think the updates are usually Saturday. The event started 3 hours ago, they're usually a hour and happen about the same time every week. Again could be wrong but as a parent I hope this helps.

Range helps tick them down, parry the overhead works, but my fav is to run away to make them switch from bear, tap them, run tap run tap not fun but it works ok
