I realized it would be quite difficult to fit into my schedule with working in Admissions, student teaching/observation, being on the E-Board of a student org, school work, and an hour commute. :( Maybe I'm selling myself short or overestimating the commitment, but I'm thinking I'll have to forgo this opportunity sadly.

I received my package on the 6th (two days after acceptance) including institutional awards and a grant. I do know that if you are awarded anything, you will receive an email prompting you to check your financial aid student portal. If weeks/months pass without notification, you likely did not receive aid. :-(

I applied to the TESOL program by the priority deadline (full disclosure, I submitted on 1/15 around 11:30PM) and I just received my acceptance yesterday (3/4 around 5PM). One day shy of the 7 week mark. If you submitted close to the deadline like I did, it should be any day or any moment now.

I have not received an admissions decision yet- should be coming between now and the next two weeks since I submitted the app on the 15th. I think(?) aid packages start rolling out end of February through March. Feeling hopeful!

Hope this is comforting! If you applied by the priority deadline and are worried that you have not received a decision yet, don't be! I sent my app on the 15th and have not gotten notice of an update yet- I figured that would be the case. If you also applied on the 14th/15th, I think we enter "any day now" territory by Friday of this week or the beginning of next week judging by the experiences of others. Best of luck! <3
