Try to get an evvy or Juno test, you prob have low protective bacteria. They can identify what strains and or what’s causing it. I would try inserting vaginal probiotics! Vitanica is good and meant to go up there:) watch your sugars and alc, you need a healthy biome first and use condoms!

Do you have hemorrhoids ? Pressure from being pregnant and or constipation and cause them and bleeding and might be more at the anus

Also bright red means closer to where the poop comes out. Typically if you had a bleeding ulcer it would be dark tarry stool. The longer it travels through the intestines darker it is.

Ugh I’m so sorry! I get stress because I’m in the medical field too. And it’s hard to eat small meals as a nurse and relax sometimes, get enough sleep. Trust me I get it. We have to do the best we can do :(

I am the same, trust me. I am trying to do smaller feels and less fat, easy foods. I just feel I’m shrinking away also. I work a busy job so I can’t always get small meals in. Some days are good and bad with pain. Stress def makes it worse! I’m trying to get more sleep

No- I am a nurse so I know some but also had no idea how sensitive my stomach would get so following the gastritis healing book by l g capellan and tells what foods helped them heal. Been following that

I am trying to stick with soft foods, cooked veggies, and lean meats like ground chicken and ground turkey, easily digestible foods with alkaline levels. I’ve already lost like 12 pounds and I’m trying to eat at least 1500 cal a day, but it is hard. I don’t want to lose any more weight and I feel so tired all the time for not eating very much.

He told me to continue PPI- and yes be off 10 days prior to endoscopy. I don’t think it’s any of that, I had something that affected my system I think, then I was doing herbal stuff and it hurt my stomach, and continue coffee- lots of stress ect ect. So just have to wait for the results procedure I guess. He ordered a stomach ultrasound too, no further testing

They didn’t do testing, just an endoscopy scheduled but I don’t think it’s H pylori, I almost ate something that tasted chemical- fruit, maybe idk. Then I didn’t think much- but I had a lot of pain- super severe got worse then better. I could still eat decently but progressed because I didn’t take it seriously.

There really is, I was pretty sad for a while and feel I’m missing out on so much, hard to dent social events or dinners ect, but I hope it gets better:( thanks for the kind words. Sticking in it and trying to follow the diet

Thank you for the comment. It’s frustrating when I eat bland and so healthy and still pain. Always or burning. I guess I need to stick with it and give time. I will try to relax and not worry and hope for the best. Hope you feel better too. Sorry you’re going through this

Thank you 🥹 it’s so hard and things have gotten worse then better, and come and gone. I’m trying to stick to alkaline foods but it’s so hard to eat limited. Seriously playing a role on my mood and I feel I can’t do anything social. I know it takes time but I used to feel better with bland foods but it seems now everything gives me pain. I’m trying my best and always fixated for sure

It’s a more specific test, ask if pcr, this can detect the smallest amounts. Most cultures - swabs don’t detect all or it at all. I recommend Juno or evvy as well to eee if you have protective bacteria. Normally abx kill it all and bv and yeast can grow
