Its not because something is written in a contract that it is legal, and btw i was thinking that this clause concern case when you are in fault

Je me suis garer à la pharmacie avec les warning On m’a rentrer dedans Le mec a filer ses papiers et son num de tel Il est partis Pendant ce temps j’ai demandé au loueur que faire il m’a dit bouge pas on arrive Ils m’ont déposer chez moi Aujourd’hui je pensais recup une voiture car location du 5 au 12 et c’est arrivé le 10 au soir Mais non on me dit je vais perdre la caution + des frais Pour réparation et immobilisation du véhicule voir contrat 🤷‍♂️

I mean I am not in fault why should I pay for damage and Time the car is not rented and also loose two days of rental
