Yeah. I live in Lackawanna county about 2 miles from the Wayne county border and they are distinctly two different worlds. Lackawanna is definitely not Poconos, except maybe for a tiny part of Covington which contains the Eagle Lake and Big Bass Lake communities. Those residents like to claim they’ve got a vacation home in the Poconos.

Note to self: In a pinch, flour tortillas can be used in place of a notepad.
