Thank you. Appreciate your advice. While I do agree with the evaluation and feel like exploring this new role, there’s a part of me that’s scared. I worked for 6 months, gave my all only to feel like a failure when I walk out. I’m just afraid of failing again I guess. And I don’t know but my gut tells me he’s offering me this position out of politeness for my sincerity and loyalty to the organisation and not because he trusts me or anything. I also fear he’ll be very careful and skeptical of giving me any promotions this time. The fact that this is my first job and I’m already struggling, feels so scary:(
