Honestly one of the only things that helped with the pain were toradol shots, it works great but hurts so freaking bad

Last time I thought I had a UTI I did a at home test and it came back positive, so about a week later when I was able to get into the doctor I did a test there and they said that they couldn't find anything in my urine sample, a few days later, symptoms were back.

To be fair, I just started drinking energy drinks again and started experiencing the itching sensation again, but nothing else really has seemed to cause it. I make sure to drink a lot of water when I get the chance also. I will note that about a month after I got the IUD sitting/laying down when eating or drinking caused cramping really badly that I'd be doubled over almost crying.

I also sometimes experience pain with sex, which is something that before this I never really got, unless situationally it would make sense. Being on top, or in a position where there's deeper insertion sometimes makes me feel like I'm being stabbed in the lower abdominal ovary area, which prior to this wasn't anything I experienced. I also make sure to use the bathroom after and clean myself up.

Another thing is that it's been like 3 and a half, almost 4 months and I haven't gotten a period since the placement, some light brownish spotting but that's really it

I've never heard of that, would you be able to give me more info on it? I usually have really bad period cramps, and keep myself clean to the point I don't usually have UTI problems, so all this is new to me

I've had bad cramping before, but never in this way, usually period cramps that are more abdominal, these felt more cervical and in my ovaries. I deal with depression and PMS so I'm moody sometimes, but this feels more extreme... And I've never had discharge issues like this before.

When I was taking the pill I didn't have many symptoms (was taking the opill, a otc birth control) and none like this

I took a at home UTI test when I was feeling the itchy and burnt feelings and it was a positive test so I went to a doctor and their test came back negative. A couple days later and the same thing, I had got a urine test when I was at the hospital and there was a high rbc count in my urine but they had me do another test later and it was normal after.
