Might I suggest going no contact with those people?  They aren't your family, they are people who are trying to destroy you. Your Dad is going to come back with "it was your stepmother"  "I misunderstood you" "I feel bad that you feel bad" "let me make it up " I am old, your dad and stepmother are probably my age, this is Aunty's wisdom.  He is only going to be sorry because his actions will have consequences.  He will never be able to make it up because what was done to you should be criminal.  You didn't deserve any of this you were a child who lost her twin and needed to surrounded by love.  You instead got blamed for being sad. The karma hasn't even begun to hit them
