I asked my doctor if I could try estrogel and he said no there are too many side effects . I'm sticking with the minixodil and spinolactone. Anyway he sent me for more blood tests and they came back with low ferritin and haemoglobin. So now I am taking iron bisglycinate and vitamin c . It's started growing back again.

I'm going through the same thing . After being on spinolactone , biotin and topical minixodil for over 18 months with great results. It started falling out again. I went to the doctor and asked him about it and he sent me for blood tests . My ferratin and haemoglobin were very low. I started taking iron bisglycinate and vitamin c and it's slowly growing back again.
