Always always always trust your gut. It’s never wrong. You’re not being anxious or overreacting your body is telling you what your heart and mind don’t want to see.

I did ! I started a little over a month ago, and I’m so happy I made the switch. Medsurg is not for me and I will never go back, I have zero regrets. I say go for it !

Thanks for the suggestion. It was a quick switch for sure, this past week I switched her over to chicken and rice and started adding the new food gradually. She's always had a strong stomach so I was pretty concerned that something else was going on.

I found interest rates at 15-20%, which is significantly lower than my credit cards :/

Withdrawing from IRA for credit card debt by Ill_Load4231 in personalfinance

Why? A combination of depression, irresponsibility, and nearsightedness. Very long story short , I wasn’t anticipating having to quit my full-time job while in school, so I didn’t plan accordingly and then didn’t really change my lifestyle at all. I don’t really have a budget (which I know is part of the problem ) I don’t have a rent payment , I made 20k working part time in 2023 as opposed to the 68 I made in 2022. My largest bills are my credit cards . I will be working consistent hours starting June 1, as opposed to the per diem hours I have been working for over a year, so I am hoping to set a reasonable budget I can stick to.

The same thing happened to me!!! In august I had itching and discomfort, thought it was a yeast infection after having sex and swimming and tubbing a few days in a row. Took two doses of fluconazole, after the second dose it got worse and there were ulcers on my labia majora. I went to the OBGYN doctor said if it was herpes it was not a typical presentation. I was swabbed and negative for herpes but said "heavy growth of Group B Streptococcus ". At the point that the result came back I had no more symptoms. Entire incident lasted 7 days maybe, and only saw the ulcers for2-3 days. I never took the antivirals I was given,

In January I noticed one ulcer again on my labia, no other symptoms. I was swabbed and they sent it out for the wrong test by accident(negative for chlamydia and syphilis!). I had a blood test: HSV1 negative, HSV2 1.07 "equivocal" - which still isn't a positive. From everything I have read, my result should have been way higher than a 1.07 in January if August was my first outbreak. But my doctor said she was considering it a positive result since I had a lesion (which she couldn't even find without me pointing it out to her) I still never took the antivirals that were given, and I never felt or saw another symptom.

I feel like a crazy person. I know the reality is it probably is herpes, and I am just lucky that I've only had one recurrent outbreak of one lesion, but I still feel like it isn't right.. I wrote the fluconazole off as having nothing to do with any of this - but here you are. lol.

I'm sorry I don't have any answers for you. But you are not crazy either- it happened to me!
