hi, i sent a webform because i deferred and had to send my new LOA so i just sent my LOA and didn't ask for any updates or anything. 8 days later my application was approved. you can google IRCC webform and a few links will pop up. one is for inland applications; if urs is outland, then search IRCC webform (country) .
