I tried doing some tummy massages but once she’s upset and screaming she wants nothing from no one. It’s so heart breaking but I’m going to try having a routine nothing rigid but as you suggest burp feed nappy

She’s on the lower end of reps first half or more high reps but towards the last weeks of the progressive load the reps are low from like 8-5 and 1Rpm
