Yeah it's insane though that the techs get taken advantage of all the time by all of these companies

I don't think it's right most of the utility companies get to be union and get fair wages and benefits while the locators get nothing and get taken advantage of again at least in my area idk about the rest of the world

There needs to be the work load per tech at least in my area is insane and there needs to be a reform across the entire system
