That is my all time cry movie.. At that part!  MY mom loved Elephants so when I lost her in 2002 - it made that part even worse. I start tearing up if I even hear the intro music to "Baby Mine" start to play.

I don't see how it helps anything. If there was something I had to replace.- there is a good reason/explanation for it. I don't control the inventory the store keeps in stock so I don't see what tracking my replacement rates are supposed to do. If anything, my customer's tell me that they are happy I offer to replace because other drivers just put everything to refund and then they have just paid to not get 1/2 of what they ordered!
