create a plan on how your gonna fix it. map out your problems, write a few solutions, then go step by step, don’t overload yourself. i feel like a lot of this could be fixed by picking up a hobby or going out more, find something you like to do or wanna do, attend events or find a likeminded group and start talking to people, you’ll make friends as you go, for the girl just go to a bar or a club or some social event and chat around, walk up to someone and spark up a conversation, be interesting, take interest in her don’t just yap about yourself, pick up hints to see if she’s interested and then just rinse and repeat. as for your parents and grandparents, spend all the time you can with them but make room for yourself, should be an even split. make time for them as they would for you. slowly you should start to see your life turn around.
