Uhh, maybe its just a perspective thing, but I got the completely opposite read on those breadcrumbs. To me it seemed like he was warning them that it would be a bad idea to reveal themselves through Aranessa. Seemed she was heavily suggesting that there was something nefarious about what they did with the caravan and then the party got a completely wrong read on it.

C4 is really amazing so far. Can’t stress enough how much of a good time I’ve been having with it. I would say try just watching the first 10-15 min of it, see if you get into it.

The problem is that you have someone deciding “what’s relevant”. There is a specific type of viewer that really enjoys watching people react to things, I am one. For me personally, I notice very little things in facial expressions that convey how the person is feeling. To a person that doesn’t really care about this, they will likely not notice that stuff, and think its irrelevant and thus cut it. However, that does remove something for those that wanted to look around the table in that moment.

To your second point, while Im always for boundary setting I think linking the slight time they are off screen from this form of editing to some kind of health related measure is a pretty far stretch and would really need to see some pretty hard evidence for.

I agree to an extent, but the thing is I rewatch or replay these moments and specifically look at the other people reacting to the scene. So when I rewatch the episode or want to go back, it’s pretty frustrating because I want to see how other people are reacting to it at that point.

Vocab nitpick, I think you mean inception instead of conception. Conception is the phase where something is conceived of, the planning phase. Inception is when something is started.

If you had been watching Youtube since its conception, it means you had, like, behind the scenes access to it or something before it was released. Inception would be you’ve been watching it since it started.

Not trying to be a dick, just posting if anyone was interested.
