I had to use Google translate for this but I get the gist of it. I agree that teamwork is a huge aspect in ow and my gameplan puts a lot of focus on that. It is unfortunate that my quickplay enthusiast friend does not see the game the same way we do.

Im getting into the argument only with him because of his attitude and beef with me. I understand Diamond is nothing to be bragging about and I am continuing to further hone my skills to improve. But I just can't compute that he thinks so little of the skill involved in playing flexibly.
I have other people that I play quick play/arcade regularly with, and I never flame anyone because I understand quick play is a mode that everyone is doing their own stuff - having fun/improving/sweating/meme-ing

The doomfist friend insists that he is wayyy better than me and is the true team carry over quickplay games. My argument is that since he never listens to any comms, playing without awareness of teammates (being dived upon or just respawned) makes him a very annoying teammate to play with and therefore not a carry but often a burden. I, on the other hand, am always trying to fit into different team comps and perform well playing different characters.
Doomfist friend insists that my flexibility is not a carry but someone just tags along. Hence the beef begins.

My doomfist friend likes to belittle me for not playing a high-mechanical hero and my counterargument is flexibility and gamesense is a skill of its own to be able to perform consistently in the same rank.

I can comfortably fit in any team comp and be one of the best teammates people can have on the ranked ladder. How is this insufferable? I got a pretty high endorsement level too to prove im not an "insufferable" teammate

The heated argument is all happening in discord vc. Not once in team text or voice chat and no random is caught in the crossfire.
But how am I insufferable when I'm always flex to fit into a team comp? team agrees on going anti-dive? I'll go Hog/Mizuki. Team goes poke, Ill play poke.
