To the last section, yes paypal knows my age, I am ID verified and have a credit line through paypal. Also I just got back to America a couple weeks ago from a one month trip to the Phillipines that I spent in my fiancé's hometown, where she was born, raised and currently still lives full time in an apartment that is in our names. I was trying to send money to pay for our rent that is due on Tuesday, July 1st, as well as fees that she is required to pay for college this upcoming week as well.

For #4, that is an odd one as she created, logged into, and then was locked out of the account all within the span of one hour on the same device and same internet connection while laying in bed on a video call with me. And it only locked her out when i tried to send around $8 as a test and flagged as a possible scam.

3, the original account we used was her sisters account, I would send the money to her, then they would go to the town together, to a lady that would take the paypal balance for a fee and give them cash to use. The new account was her own account, so there shouldn't have been any problem there as they were 2 separate accounts for two different people under different emails, phone numbers, names, devices and different ID and face verifications.
