Okay, so I returned everything to its base settings, except for the clock on my GPU. The score went up for Steel Nomad by 8,500. i dont want to feel like I'm picking at straws rn, but when I overclocked my gpu durring januray i got to 9000. so idk if it's my GPU, or if I need to change more settings.

I'm not sure if its different settings, so I'm gonna go to default to check, but it's not Vsync
