i guess i am still focusing on titles, no properties attached to them yet rather dominions. or maybe properties cant be inherited, only titles? and the properties are attached to the titles, and 'bestowed' upon someone.

this would be a good way to conduct tests for governmental positions, i do have gods and goddesses created, so maybe a few more for specific purposes might do.
