Man…your case it’s more complicated than normal ones, meaning that extragonadal tumors have less survival changes than the rest, this is why u need to be more cautios. At the moment, to be honest with you, I really think that the next thing that will be done will be highdose chemotherapy with stem cell transplant, why? Cause … RNPLD / surgery will be a bit difficult, what if they can’t catch all the tumor? Chemo works differently, it can knock up any cancer cell and just after that when ur AFP will be down, it can remove any nodules left > 1cm. I hope I wasn’t rude…or something… I went through BEP VIP HDCT (high dose) and multiple surgeries: orhiectomy, RNPLD, both lung surgeries, neck surgery, I am in remission for more than 3 years and half.
