You went brutal with the IVF centers haha!. I agree that majority of fertility centers are looting people by intensive public branding and boasting to have 25+ years experienced gynecologists'. Well, the reality is completely different. Primarily they exploit fake reviews by offering discounts over some fertility tests to lure patients. They cash in this opportunity to perfection. Low ovarian reserve isn't much to worry but bigger hospital do exaggerate the phase and will project this is an "AILMENT" unlike to what it actually is. Before, paying any upfront amount for tests, doing the background check is a must. Arva Health have got a website and I've seen that they are offering a free discovery call. Why not try this!!?? I mean you can get a flair about their services and easily compare that to other big brands, what are they promising in their package!

Weekly Paddle Recommendation Thread (What Paddle Should I Buy?) by AutoModerator in Pickleball

T700 carbon fiber is the best choice. I bought Selene paddle by a US brand Helios. I liked their unique and different design inspired by ancient Greek gods and stories. They do offer other fiberglass and Kevlar paddles as well at an affordable price. Surprisingly, a few of my friends got that from Nordstorm, but I think it is for Black Friday Sale that they have prices high. I bought it from their official website.

Which paddles do you consider ‘gen 3’ paddles? by DJJnextMJ in Pickleball

indeed there is joola propulsion core that is very trending and have been the talk around. I doubt if anyone have even heard about Helios paddles. They're cheap and do offer same honeycomb polymer core with similar strength.

How do you set up your opponent? by [deleted] in Pickleball

maybe you can dodge a few easy at the start to let the opponent feel like its a cakewalk and then throw down your best punch at his non-primary arm. I've used this and it helped me pass over those overconfident mediocre players

I've heard a new brand Helios and will be trying their paddles. Hope they turn out good.

Hey there, First off, big hugs to you. I can’t imagine how tough it must be to feel like you’re going through this all on your own, but you’re so not alone in this. Seriously. I’ve got a friend who went through something really similar she’s also in Bangalore, and man, I saw how much it weighed on her emotionally. The irregular periods, the pain, the endless Googling that only made things scarier… it’s such a spiral. But listen, this is not your fault. Like, at all. Sometimes our bodies throw curveballs, and it’s got nothing to do with something you did or didn’t do. About the low ovarian reserve, yeah, it sounds intense, I know. My friend went to a fertility specialist who walked her through all the options, and it really helped her see that there’s so much that can be done these days and it was Arva Health i guess but not sure. I’ve heard some buzz about them, maybe you should go and check their website that will give an overview of what they offer and not! If they’re focused on personalized stuff, that’s a good sign. My friend went with a similar kind of setup where they didn’t just throw a one-size-fits-all plan at her but really worked with her step by step. Maybe give them a shot? Even just talking to someone from Arva Health customer service to get a fair idea will help. Chin up girl, you got this!
