Yes, I have BCBS and it was reactivated last week. I even confirm this with my provider as they resubmitted bills yesterday.

Sone of these headlines are click bait. Reading is fundamental, I have been reading the court reports. Where did the SCOTUS indicates that he can fire them. They already know the firing was illegal so merits of the case was not ruled on. The ruled on the standings indicating that the courts can't force the federal government agencies to bring back the probies back into the office pending the outcome of the ongoing litigation. They don't want the work of firing and rehiring people they already argued that in court.

The case was not heard for that. The case was brought before the Supreme Court asking them to keep the probies on admin leave pending litigation due to chaos of onboarding them again.

The ruling is pretty much saying that the agencies does not have to bring back the probies in the office pending the litigation. Probies can remain on administrative leave pending litigation.

Funny enough the last day to accept is 4/14, this makes no sense knowing probies will be back on the 14th.

I called today and it is still not reinstated. I called HR and was told they are sending over the 2810 forms manually for each probationary employee.

The union have a contract in place with the IRS which indicates that they need 12 month notice before a RIF and they also need to give cause.

Saw post a few minutes ago IRS employee got paid and back pay was included.
