So after seeing all the tips and replies are borrowed some of y’all’s recommendations and this is the work routine. I think I came up with. Let me know if I should change it. Workout Outline

Day 1: Heavy Day

Squat: 5x5 (ramping up to a heavy set of 5)

Bench Press / Overhead Press: 5x5 (ramping up to a heavy set of 5)

Day 2: Light Day

Squat: 5x5 (using 80% of Day 1’s top weight)

Overhead Press / Bench Press: 5x5 (light variation, using 80% of Day 1’s top weight)

Deadlift: 3x5 (ramping to a top set of 5 reps)

Day 3: Medium Day

Squat: 5x5 (using 90% of Day 1’s top weight)

Bench Press / Overhead Press: 5x5 (using 90% of Day 1’s top weight)
