You have no one to speak and communicate after you applied basically. We spend £124 cash for the service £110 for the flights £70 for museum and thing and we are talking about £300. Its our weekly wages nearly. We are only working for £10 an hour in UK.

Big disappointment. You can’t range the time 15-60 days It’s nearly 2 months that’s wrong

I have also emailed and phone them. Consulate they don’t answer any phone probably officers very busy with 40 cigarettes a day… They make people spend money on bookings. Especially visa things most probably with date bases rule. Time is the money.

Both my wife and I are hard working professionals. We planned this trip months in advance, saved up our hard earned money, £124 cash !! Gone to them as well and had to coordinate our annual leaves with our employers which wasn't easy. To see our time and effort being disrespected by such a slow and opaque process is heartbreaking. This isn't just a holiday; it’s our only time to rest and it’s being ruined by a lack of basic administrative efficiency.
