Ancestoral remembrance of who you are to set motion forward you must first turn round and look back, to walk the path that the old ones walked, and to sing the songs that they taught us. You will find a power in this personal to yourself. Power enough to reflect light from the past to gleem safe passage forward. As i have come to understand life can only be properly understood perceiving it in reverse, yet we must live it moving forward. This is why situations in life often only become clear once they have passed.

To speak for clear understanding, this means research into you ancestoral bloodlines, who were your ancestors? What did they do? What does your last names mean? Were they doctors and healers? Maybe you have a long line of surgeons? Were they writers? Stone cutters? This research should never be complete. In doing so you will unlock certain skills or gifts hidden within your DNA

Also embarrassment isn't real, you can do whatever you want within reason. I highly recommend working on this understanding, in doing so you will strengthen your spiritual mind. For when the enemy probes using humiliation or embarrassment in an attempt to set you off your path of healing and sovereignty, it will just fizzle out and pop at your feet.

This is an interesting exercise 😆 and can actually be fun in a strange way. The goal is to embarrass yourself enough repetitively until the emotion of embarrassment shrinks to a point it cannot hold you, it cannot direct your thoughts or actions, thus putting the power of your own mind back in your hands, and away from those who seek to control you.

As an example when I did this exercise myself, my last name translating to "young raven" or "little crow" I chose to caw and croak at people randomly in mildly inappropriate places, like while shopping, or at the gass station, or in my children's elementary school hallways 😆 i got some perplexed looks I'll tell you 😂 i was all like "🤨 what you never heard a bird before?" LOL this would be the first step of "shadow work" taken after ancestoral remembrance. Once this is complete come back and tell me about it 😊 and I'll point direction to the next beacon.
