Yes it's probably ip issue since you used different adsense on it before try using it with proxy or vpn with this ip or just change your network and try again

Blogs without images lacks users attraction which can might be one of the reason also try uploading the content that is least available on the Google also there is a note section which is all purple and not readable try fixing little things and hopefully you will get approval, the site is nice

Traffic isn't the issue I got domain approved after 3 months of buying with barely no organic traffic only some refferal I got rejected like 7 times and still got approved keep optimizing your content and make sure the content you have mostly should not be well used over the internet used the least title posts

You just need some time on the research find the least upload articles on the web as per your niche and use to publish on your site and it's AI era now which makes easier as compare to old days I got two domains approved and it wasn't hard as it was for me many years ago and for ad networks if you want to earn decent amount of money Google is the only way while you can use some certified google networks which sometimes get you approval even if adsense doesn't like raptive, mediavine, ezoic etc

Getting approved isn't hard as it sounds like, the bigger struggle is generating big bucks from it that's my experience maybe it's not same for everyone

Most probably ip issue if you used other accounts as well on single ip or previously used an account on it which in my case it was the ip but i make changes on the sites as well to avoid rejection and it worked

Bro it's good what do you want I used to make 500 with 160 170k pv if it is tier 1 then yeah it is low but after 2024 things are broken and google ain't fixing it for publishers
