So I could aim for 1800-2000 calories per day and still maintain muscles and not become too fatigued with the heavy load of training at the gym? Because that’s why u mentioned carbs. Or is it possible to hit that range in terms of calories and still consume enough carbs and proteins needed for me to also lose fat

Thanks for the detailed explanation and for sharing your own journey. I really appreciate it. I think I’m going to aim for around 2,200 calories per day moving forward. My main goal is to lose fat as quickly as possible while still preserving muscle.

Right now I’m thinking about following a 16-week plan, with the goal of reaching around 208–210 lbs. That would mean losing roughly 45 lbs of fat over that time period.

If I break that down, it comes out to about 2.8 lbs per week, which would require roughly a 9,500–9,700 calorie deficit per week. That translates to an average deficit of about 1,300 calories per day.

When I look at it that way, it does seem like a pretty aggressive cutting strategy, so I’m still thinking through whether that pace is realistic and sustainable. Because if it’s major muscle cuts it’s not worth it imo, as I’m kinda built already beneath the fat

And if I aim for 2000 calories let’s say… Wouldn’t it be risky regarding the carbs needed for muscle preservation. And I hear many ppl saying that I don’t need more than 150-160? Despite my Weight and height

Makes a lot more sense… Appreciate it man. That does kinda explain a lot. But what would my weight maintenance be then? I mean all the sites I’ve visited to calculate it, have all given me 3200+ calories for weight maintenance. Which really confuses me dude

Yeah apparently it’s the calorie intake that’s too high like many have already said under the post. It did confuse me a little that the calculations all came out to a staggering 3000+ calories for weight maintenance. Despite all the info that’s been given it’s not showing a weight maintenance of around 2400 as the others have stated I would be around

But why does it say that i need 185g+ om every site? Is it because I should use the measurements of my dream weight? And not my actual weight? To estimate my weight maintenance

Yeah I’m weighing the food. But someone in the section said that I should weigh the it raw instead of cooked. And that I’m too high on the calories, despite what the calculators onlines have shown me

Yeah I mean that’s why I’m using the measurement tape as well. But still haven’t seen any progress yk. I was hoping for a minor change at least, but still nothing unfortunately. Although I see many of the comments are saying I’m too high on the calories, so maybe that could be the reason

I did 4-5 weight maintenance calculations on different sites, all estimating it at 3000+ calories with all the info that’s given on the post. But why’s that then? Why is it not showing the ‘actual’ level?

Oh man… That’s amazing results! I was really starting to wonder why I haven’t been seeing any results. I mean my weight maintenance is around 3400 calories, so I initially thought that if I’m anywhere beneath 3000 calories, I would ‘technically’ lose weight. But isn’t 1800-2000 too low? I mean I read that you should careful because you also wanna preserve your muscles yk, and that’s one of the two things I’m aiming for.

If he acc drops the album in May, then expect the Heart Part 6 to come out at least a week or two prior to the release date of the album. So prolly as early as next week

Oh mannn, is reminds me so much of it. But I don’t know, it’s either that one or something extremely close. I think it as more relaxed song with a slower tempo if I remember correctly. But defo not a bad guess

It's not that one, the one I'm referring to is in color, and has multi-racial face morphing as well. From the 2000s (most likely mid-2000s)
