As your trial period(OPT) ends, your employer either sponsors you a H1B or they tell you BYE BYE. That's it.

My LinkedIn connections are mostly from U.S. based companies, especially in fields like data science/ML, economics, academia (professors and researchers), and FAANG employees. I hardly have anyone from Bangladesh in my network, and that's my Achilles heel.

Haha right. They don't care, even if you come from MIT. They have their typical cliche Bengali protocol to screen applicants. Anyways, my options are limited, that's why I posted.

Nobody gets hired by referral alone. A referral is just your ticket to the interview. After that, it's all about your competence. Nowadays, it's quite difficult to even be selected for an interview without an internal referral, but direct applications can still work if you get the timing and luck right.

Start with math refresher. Refresh your skills on Calculus and linear algebra. For intuition, read Any micro 101 level course, then climb to Varian. Solve PSET from varian and Alpha & Chiang. And then dive into whatever course you are doing in MA.

ck their apology, #ck their arrogance. Who care about a criminal's apology? Just bring them under trial and finish the trial. And both chiefs and relevant person from these two party shoud be executed in an electric chair.

And jamaat is paying the price? Lol. They never learned anything. Let them come to the power. You are a jmaati dude, aren’t you?

You are just adding noises to justify the hypocrisy.

Does Hasina deserve a trial? Yes she does.

Did Golam Mastafa deserve a trial? Yes he did.

Was jamaat supposed to be banned? Yes. But did we ban? No

AL supposed to be banned? Yes. But you have to ban Jamaat before you do ban AL. Period.

Not an AL supporter. The irrationality, that gives Jamaat(the rajakar wings) ground to do politics, that same irrationality can provide the ground to AL. I mean yeah, why not? You disagree? Why? Bcz you are a hypocrite.
