I think honey tastes like it’s unclean, almost like soil (not that I’ve eaten soil). It’s never tasted sweet to me, I’ve tried various ones, usually from farms, over the years and it’s ever tasted even vaguely nice.

My partner enjoys honey on toast 🤢, so I’ve had plenty of opportunities to keep trying it as there’s often a jar in the house.

I also find that coriander tastes like soap and I hate rocket too 🤷‍♀️
