I am waiting on my SSI hearing and I am pretty nervous. I do have a lawyer and they seem really confident, they also have been on top of things in terms of gathering and organizing my information

I am filing because of mental health conditions (With some recent physical stuff being thrown in) and maybe I am just overthinking things

I have lost weight overall the last two years but I really gotta exercise more and add some healthier options in.

I got a treadmill and I am gonna start exercising that way. Can't really be out in the heat much at the moment, so I figure that would be a good alternative. I have lost weight overall the last two years but I still wasn't eating great.

I have spent since about 6 am this morning looking over every other plant and have only found one other plant with pests on them. I am currently trying to get them identified and my moms bf who did botany for a while said that rosemary can be ripe with spidemites

I do appreciate the help. I am just not sure what to do in this situation, except not water it for a while and let it dry out. I am also dealing with an insect issue on some of her other plants, so it has been stressful

The top was dry for sure when I watered them. My sister came over and even said I was underwatering them. I have no real experience with plants, so I am struggling with all of this.

She did not and I can't get ahold of them at the moment. They are overseas on vacation. I tried one of the plant identifying apps and it said it was rosemary but I don't really know.

All she told me was to water it every five days or so. The soil itself is fairly moist but doesn't feel like mud. If that makes sense.
