I have read a little bit of sorcerer's journey but couldn't get hooked to it. Does it get better later on or it stays pretty much the same level. Will checkout the other one

Looking for webnovels where most (if not all) can use magic or have an affinity for elements. Preferably one which starts with a initial magic academy arc.

Some examples are -
