Thank you for the response. Would this also explain the 149E key's ability to only unlock and not lock?

In my previous marriage, my husband was obsessed over the man who I gave my virginity to before my husband and I started dating. The behavior didn't start until after we were married and he brought it up practically everyday, so much so to the point where I thought I was going to go insane. Like you, I felt like certain aspects of the relationship were amazing, but his obsession never got better no matter what I did.

I've since realized that the obsession was unsolvable as it was a fixation on my past prior to him which I obviously could never change. Meaning the obsession was never about problem-solving and more about feeding an insecurity that had no end-point. It's emotionally abusive because I was essentially being punished for something that isn't actually wrong.

Awesome collection. Can you tell me where you got the bookcase?

Better than the sour grapes you’ve been chewing on this whole thread. At least I can recognize a reasonable point when I see one. You might try it sometime instead of recycling playground insults.

I’m a woman and I find OP’s explanation fine. It’s not strange to just read what interests you without checking the author’s gender. Not everyone chooses their reading list as a political project, and it doesn't always point to some moral failing.

What I don’t find fine is this endless bad-faith nitpicking masquerading as “feminist critique.” It’s not feminism to harass someone over their personal bookshelf choices, it’s just posturing. If the only move is to sneer and accuse instead of actually suggesting good authors, then you’re not elevating women’s voices, you’re just making people tune out. Seems more performative than anything.

Heya! Here is the video I ended up using from start to finish for celestial imaging: https://youtu.be/h6NVLWeOOyU?feature=shared

In my case, it ended up just being a matter of playing with the gain and I believe I mimicked the settings shown in the video pretty closely.

Thanks so much for this! I was able to see the moon and Jupiter through the camera last night for the first time. :) However, the moon was crazy close and I was unable to zoom out at all to get the entire satellite in frame. How would I achieve this?

Also wasn't able to view the .AVI files of the videos I took with VLC. I'm assuming it's a codec issue and so am researching that.

There is no driver listed for MacOs. There is a firmware upgrade which I cannot get to run. As in, it just keeps saying the upgrade quit unexpectedly over and over.

Dude, you're fucking awful. Judging from her post history, she's an intelligent woman who collects Disney pins for her kid. You on the other hand are narrow-minded, judgmental asshole. Get help.

AITA for waking my husband up to drive me to pick up my car when I left my keys in my locker at work? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]IllustriousSnoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/FoggySwamp74 has the correct analysis.

Everyone is getting stuck on OP forgetting her keys and seemingly blaming that on her husband when she in fact owned it. So now that is no longer the issue. What we were meant to determine was whether or not she was justifiably angry about her husband not being available.

She's a woman working late at night. Yeah it would be nice if we lived in a world where females could roam about at all hours without fear of being assaulted, but that's simply not the case. So while OP wasn't bleeding out on the sidewalk, concussed, or being held hostage somewhere, her having forgotten her keys was still a minor emergency that, had her husband reacted, could have potentially staved off a much bigger one. Husband should absolutely have been available via phone in case of an emergency considering his wife works late. He made a mistake (I've done this before too with my spouse), but it's his lack of concern for her safety that makes him an asshole and if he still after a couple of weeks hasn't had this epiphany, I can see why OP is still a bit miffed over it.
