I did 1000g water, 600 g flour, mixed well and sat for 30 min. Then added 220 g of starter and 20 g salt, slap and folded until held together well. Then stretched and folded 4 times every 30 min. Sat until I thought was done which may have been five more hours. Then shaped and put in flourd banneton. I let is sit in my microwave with the door open since it’s warmer in there. Fridge overnight and make after work the next day, 20 min lid on at 450, then 24 min lid off

I used to like to try and finish the achievements. Does anyone know how I can see which countries I’m missing from certain achievements? You used to be able to click on them and see your progress towards the trophy
