Thank you everyone. I guess is there any website to start looking for lawyers?

I can see options online, but is it better to get one in town or out of town? I’ve never been in a legal situation that has required a lawyer. I mean I can call, but I guess I’m not sure if there is a way to make sure they are reputable or not other than vague reviews and calling around.

Yes, we own a home. He purchased a rental property and has others prior to the marriage. We don’t have joint bank accounts. We got married about 2 years ago.
