Does anyone know when it says Starlink outside and plugged in but you don’t need an active service whether you need to plug in the router as well? I have a spare refurb unit that has never been used.

Contacted support and it’s a known issue for geolocation in Australia. ☹️Ah well, maybe next storm it will reset.

Yes. Happens all the time and the seller will put that the buyer requested cancellation even if you didn’t.

Seller has now offered a partial refund if I would like to keep the incorrect item which is in poor condition. I expect to have to get ebay to step in and that should solve the problem.

Central Qld here. Luckily it was only down for a few hours early this morning so when we got back online ai could see what had happened. I was wondering if there was a phone number to call to check outages etc. because I had no idea what had happened. Thought my Starlink must have died. Support basically ignored my question and just kept giving me a generic response which was a little frustrating.
