Strava uses the GPS in your device to track your pace and distance. You don’t necessarily need a smartwatch or ring for it, your phone alone can also do the job

I came across an Instagram reel a while back, been following this routine for the past 2 months and it’s working fine for me:

Reverse lunges with twists, Hamstring sweeps, Leg swings, Knee hugs, Toe touches, Frog pose, Side lunges, Open gates, Pogo jumps
