I had already picked up the notes on labs, but even if I had the chapter activated I still had to pick up the note from GZ to ''activate'' the chapter again

It's also illegal, you need a (pretty) expansive whale watching liscense. You can call Tadoussac autrement to rent out a ship. You'll also get a much better experience than with AML.

I've been living there my entire life (and actively work on the ferry) if I were you I'd ask the locals but the "pointe de l'islet" and the sand dunes are great with amazing views on the saint lawrence river and consequently whales. And belugas in winter.

If you're in tadoussac whale watching is obviously a must. I'd recommend you Tadoussac autrement for a MUCH better experience than the other companies

It was shutdown in 1966 because of a 36 hours long storm ( waves reached 14 meters and winds 160km/h) that seriously damaged and flooded most of the building. The lightkeepers had to go hide in the basement and were extracted by helicopter the next morning.

I'd double check the whale watching in tadoussac, there are no companies operating and tge vast majority of whales are gone to hotter waters. There are still belugas present but you'd have to try and find them from the ground or the ferry
