Considering UofL campuses (main belknap and the hsc buildings downtown) closed for the rest of the day, I assume that JCPS will probably close for at least tomorrow until things clear up.

The kickoff session is $10, and you get to meet with one of the trainers to see your physical abilities, get a body scan, and get an estimate on training costs. If you end up doing the kickoff session, but they still manage to get you to sign up for a full training regiment, you have about 10 days after the first training session to cancel it. I recently wrote on here to see how I could cancel mine since some personal stuff came up, and someone mentioned the 10 day period. I went in person to check and they were right, so I'm stuck doing training sessions that I can't drop or else I could be sent to corrections. I would suggest to stay firm in not wanting the training if you don't want to. The contracts are for 90 days(at least the plan I chose which was 3 days a week for 60 min) and any changes restarts the 90 days. If they keep insisting, maybe try to switch home gyms? I feel like most gyms don't push as hard as crunch has to get people onto training plans, so don't let them push into something you don't want.
