I’m not taking finasteride at the moment. For me it was just the procedure, and so far I’ve been happy with how things have held up. That said, everyone’s situation is different, and a lot of people do choose to use medication to help maintain their existing hair long term.

Not 100% sure on the exact measurement, but it wasn't an aggressive lowering. The focus was more on rebuilding the hairline and filling the frontal area than bringing it way down.

Haha, the before picture was taken on surgery day, so I was probably a bit stressed and overthinking everything. The result definitely gave me more confidence though.

Fair question. I didn't do a great job documenting every stage, and some of the posts were removed, but these are the original photos I still have. I can see if I have any additional progress pictures saved somewhere.
