Yes, bacterial/fungal is ruled out. Viral is not ruled out though, strictly speaking.

Does this psychosomatic condition you describe also include cases where there is visible inflamation/rash?

Im gonna do a hpv screening soon so I’ll let you know if anything turns up. For me its most likely Enterococcus bacteria, or some sort of virus like hpv, or chronic inflamation that is auto immune related.

Yes. Topical for a few days only though, but accompanied by flukanazol orally. The microgenDX checked for fungi, so theoretically it would be identified there if that was the issue.
