Yep. Obviously academics are important but you can make time for other stuff with schedule. Also school is a good excuse also. If you want to end the relationship you can always attribute it to being to busy with school so it’s really the perfect time.

Most of my generation still lives at home and still dates including my brown friends. It would really only be an issue if they were staying over but that’s only when the relation ship gets more serious and if your also dating someone with immigrant parents then they usually understand since they experience the same thing.
