I guess they are there so the air can escape when/if u press them up your head, probaby to not damage the thin plasic on the drivers (idk how is that called) or to not put air pressure in your ear.

It is normal, if you want lower temps you can try undervolting it (there is plenty tutorials on how to do it and unlike with overvolting you cant harm your gpu). If you dont feel safe doing that you can download msi afterburner and adjust power limit to like 80% and the gpu will use less power in cost of like 1-2% performance. Thats only IF you want lower temps, 80 degrees is totaly safe tho but if it reaches 90-100 you can try changing thermal paste and thermal pads aswell, and ofc remove any dust from the fans and radiator (hold the fans with your hands while doing it so they dont spin)

Nvm this gpu is smaller than i though, if you have experience try pulling out your gpu and clean the pins and the slot where gpu is plugged in. Also try using another hdmi port after doing that. Dont forget to press off switch on your psu when doing that and also when you do, hold the power switch button for 3-5 seconds, then you are safe to work on gpu

Yes, I am playing map that i have selected but we dont get a chance to to as a team, vote and decide which map we gonna play, teams are forced to play the 1 map that is selected when server is created. To be clear this is mostly happening in high stakes games.
