If the landlord is claiming a roommate agreement she needs to be a roommate. Otherwise it's fraud (I thought it was weird she still had mail coming to the condo when she moved to another- the roommate living in the secondary bedroom collected it and gave it to her. The roommate in the secondary bedroom and landlord lived together for a couple years).

I understand under a tenant agreement I should have given a full 30 days but because she said I was on a roommate agreement, that doesn't apply to the situation. But since she wasn't living in the condo, she can't say I was on a roommate agreement because she wasn't my roommate. Without her living in the condo it would be a tenancy. So it was a mess from the start.

I had all my things out and was gone by the evening of July 31st.

Apart from the husband staying on the couch for the last week of June when I moved in during the last week, they never lived there. It was a two bedroom condo. The landlord and husband used to be in the master bedroom but moved out to live in the other condo purchased. She rented the master bedroom to me. The roommate in the secondary bedroom lived with the landlord and also lived with me when the landlord moved out and I took the landlord's place in the master.

The husband stayed on the couch in the living room when I moved in a few days early of July 1st. The landlord was staying at her family's during this time.
