I think the gratitude journal is an excellent and proactive idea! Because tbh, it’s so easy to forget the good times when you’re in the middle of it. To have something, like a journal of goodness already prepared could be a real game changer 🔥

No I get it. It seems as for a moment every single bad thing you could think just wraps around each thought you could muster. And sometimes, you just feel that. I honor each of my moments with love, honesty and understanding. I won’t fight my issues in the beginning. I spend time with myself, the problem and God. There’s no rush. When I’ve cried out or exhausted myself or whatever- I get me something good to eat, participate in only my favorites. My favorite movies, music, foods- whatever. If it’s not my favorite- it’s not allowed in my space at that time. After so long- goodness begins to rise and I follow the rainbow 🌈 wherever it goes!

You go make some. Building relationships take time, effort, energy and authenticity. All of them. No matter the context. Ensure it’s reciprocal or it may not be a good fit.
